Hi Veo Community,

We've released a new update to better handle camera security errors that happen if the device does not have internet, mainly effecting iPad and Veo Cam 1 users.

Here's how it works:

  1. User Authentication: When logging into the app for the first time, users must have an internet connection (ensure you are not connected to the camera hotspot). This guarantees the app can verify the user's club memberships and grant access accordingly. Please refrain from connecting to the VC1 Wi-Fi in your device settings before opening the app for the first time.

  2. Club Membership: If the user still needs to become a member of the club to which the camera they want to connect is registered, they will need to be invited or added to the club by the club admin(s). This can be done in the clubhouse.

We understand that this new process may require some adjustment, but we believe it is essential for ensuring the security and integrity of your camera system. If you encounter any issues or have any questions about this update, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
